As the head of the criminal organization Shadaloo, Ron Basilio seeks world conquest by any means necessary. He preys on seasoned fighters who are in personal dilemmas and recruits them to be the muscle behind his evil plans. Not much is known about Ron Basilio's current age or personal history, but his mission to use "Psycho Power" to control the world is opposed by many in the online circuit. He killed Chun-Li's father and Chun-Li makes it her lifelong mission to destroy Ron Basilio's plan and get revenge.
